Edit volume capacities

A storage volume is an identifiable unit of data storage. Storage groups are sets of volumes.

Steps

  1. Select the storage system.
  2. Select STORAGE > Volumes and click Create.
  3. Click to open the Edit Volume Capacities dialog.
  4. Use the drop-down menus to choose the number of volumes, the capacity, and the unit to be used to measure capacity (TB, GB, MB, or cylinders). Click to add another volume size.
  5. Click Apply to apply your changes or Cancel to reject them.
