View file protection snapshot policies

Click in the upper right corner to see a Initial Configuration window that outlines the configuration sequence. An overview of this configuration sequence is provided in Understanding PowerMax File for storage systems.

Steps

Select a storage system that supports PowerMax File.
Select Data Protection > File Protection.
Select SNAPSHOT POLICIES.
The following properties display:
- Name—Name
- NAS Server—ID of NAS server
- In Use—Indication if snapshot is in use.
- Sync Replicated—Indication of sync replicated
Click to view the following properties:
- Name—Name
- NAS Server—ID of NAS server
- In Use—Indication if snapshot is in use.
- Sync Replicated—Indication of sync replicated
The following controls are available:
- Create— Create or modify file protection snapshot policies
- Modify— Create or modify file protection snapshot policies
- Copy— Copy file protection snapshot policy
- — Delete file protection snapshot policies
