Detach host access ID

An access control entry (ACE) associates a pool with a group, and grants the access control types.

Prerequisites

See Roles and associated permissions to determine the user roles that can perform this task.

Steps

  1. Select the storage system.
  2. Click in the title bar to open the Settings dialog, and click System Access Control > Host Access Control.
  3. To enable active management, enter your Access Control PIN: View access controls
  4. Select the host that you want to detach.
  5. Click Detach Host ID.
  6. To confirm the operation, click OK.
